Packages are sent out in plain
packaging with no mention of the contents. If
you have special requirements then please email
me and I will take care of it, usually at no
extra charge. For example if you would like the
parcel to be sent to arrive on a specific day,
or time,. We can also double package a delivery
one box/bag inside another or make any reasonable
arrangements you require.
Slinky Lady will never pass any
of your personal details onto any other company.
We will never mail you with any other service
or products other than those sold by Slink Lady
The only personal items of information
we will hold are your email address and name.

When you have seen an item you
would like to purchase you can do one of the
following:

choice with the item code, found under the item
picture, to sales@slinkylady.com Please include
your choice of colour and size.
If you wish to have the goods sent
to another address, simply place your order and
send us an email
with the shipping address, please include the
order ref.
If you have any reason for complaint,

or telephone us. We will investigate your complaint
and make an offer to resolve it within 48 hours,
but usually much sooner.
To cancel an order please email
us. It is helpful if you have the order reference.
Any order may be cancelled before receipt or
within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund.
Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are
returned or within 30 days whichever happens
sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the
customers expense. Goods Unreturned within 30
days may be collected by us at the customers
expense and deducted from the refund.
